Consultations are held by appointment on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. Reserving one requires a $100 deposit that cannot be refunded, and it is credited toward the package once the wedding is booked. According to the salon, it has worked with more than 50 bridal parties.

Online booking runs through GlossGenius, where the booking page also lists packages, gift cards and a shop. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
