The business describes itself as a place that brings spirituality and science together. Its services are described as founded on universal principles and laws, and its WorQ methodology is built on core values, ethics and a code of honor aimed at a high-quality life.

SOULva Bar energy clearing sessions take place in a greenery-filled space at the business and use Vanda's proprietary stiQs, named SOULva and Durga. The site says each session clears negative and stagnant energy layer by layer.

Chakra Alignment uses light, sound and vibration frequencies and is intended to leave clients emotionally balanced and mentally clear. VPod sessions take place in a signature V-Pod chair that combines sound, aromatherapy and visuals with guided sound therapy, which the site describes as one of the deepest meditation methodologies available.

Counseling includes individual, couples, group, and parent and family support, and Therapy Out the Box combines talk counseling with holistic tools. Holistic integrative sessions cover mindfulness, breath-work, grounding techniques and Tools for Your Soul, which includes SOULva Bar clearings, healing bath salts to take home and a Write to Heal option. Counseling follows Georgia Licensing Board standards, including confidentiality and informed consent.
