Booking is done online through the salon's GlossGenius page. Members book the same way and have their benefits applied at checkout in store. New clients who want a consultation pay a $25 deposit. The 45-minute consultation includes about 30 minutes to talk through hair goals and ask questions about services. Most services require a deposit at booking, from $10 to $200 depending on the service. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, and approval is needed before the appointment.

The silk press with amino acid treatment is described by the salon as a chemical-free smoothing treatment that strengthens hair and blocks humidity, lasting about 12 weeks. Luxe installs start at $425 with a leave-out and $525 with a closure, and both include virgin hair and bundles. Luxe re-installs, at $220 with a leave-out and from $260 with a closure, are for clients who have bought hair from the salon before. The Weave Works is priced at $300 and includes a take-down, two add-ons and bundle shampoo.

Hours are 11 AM to 7:30 PM on Mondays, 9 AM to 6 PM from Wednesday through Friday, and 8 AM to 6 PM on Saturdays. The salon is closed on Tuesdays and Sundays. Squeeze Me In, at $50, books appointments outside regular hours, and a travel fee starting at $50 applies when a stylist goes to the client. Both are added at checkout and confirmed by text.

Arriving late earns a 15-minute grace period, after which a $35 fee can apply when later appointments are booked behind yours. Cancellations made less than 48 hours ahead are charged the full service fee, and the same full charge applies to last-minute cancellations and to appointments the salon cancels because a client is running too late. Once a referred client has had a service here, a 20% referral fee applies to that client's future appointments. Gift card sales are final.

Hair work is built around healthy-hair care, with scalp and conditioning treatments offered alongside installs, color and styling.
