Appointments are requested by calling 650-348-3738, and changes to an existing booking need 24 hours notice. Allow at least 45 minutes for a single nail service, including drying time. For pedicures, bring or wear flip-flops and wear a skirt, dress or pants that roll up to the knees. For skin care and massage, wear comfortable clothing; you may partly undress in private. Skin care treatments can begin with a personal consultation.

On the nail side, liquid gels are built up in a base coat, color and top coat, with each layer cured under LED light. The product is chosen to suit each client, from Gellish by Harmony, OPI gelcolor or CND SHELLAC. CND acrylics are used for full sets, which last up to two weeks before fills. Minx fingernails and toenails are applied by a Minx Certified Professional. Paraffin treatments use the PerfectSense Paraffin System, which heats the wax to 122°F in about five minutes. A full range of polish colors is available.

Several packages combine services into one visit. The Trilogy takes 90 minutes and pairs body brushing and a salt scrub with hand paraffin and a choice of therapeutic back treatment or seaweed body mask. The Quadruple Delights adds foot paraffin and a choice of seaweed mud wrap, herbal linen wrap or hydrating body mask. The Back Therapy and Basic Facial takes 120 minutes, and the Lip and Chin Wax and Basic Facial takes 75 minutes. Facial packages include a complimentary rejuvenating hand treatment.
