Services are booked online through the business's Glossgenius page, and the clinic is generally open from 10 AM to 6 PM, closed Wednesdays. Packages, memberships and gift cards are sold, and package or membership credits apply automatically at checkout when booked through the services page. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may shorten a service without reducing its price, and arriving more than 15 minutes late may lead to a reschedule or cancellation at the esthetician's discretion. Changes need 24 hours' notice, later cancellations are charged 50 percent of the service, and a no-show without notice is charged the full service price, payable before the next booking. Full body wax requires a $175 deposit, and the 50-day StemZyme program requires a $700 deposit.
