Injectables, laser work and medical-grade skin care are all carried out under a physician's supervision. According to the salon, it is among the few medspas in the West Knoxville corridor that work under direct physician supervision. The studio is located inside Image Studio Suites on Kingston Pike, between Cedar Bluff Road and Lovell Road, and free parking is available on site.

A visit begins with a complimentary consultation, which is recommended for first-time clients and for anyone trying a new treatment. The team talks through goals, skin and health history, timeline and budget before recommending anything, then builds a plan around those answers. Clients can ask how a treatment works, what to expect and the clinical reasoning behind a recommendation. Consultations can be booked online or by calling (865) 333-6554. Telehealth appointments are available, and initial weight loss and hormone consultations can be done in person or by telehealth.

The menu covers several areas. Facial and skin services range from Signature, Anti-Aging and Clarifying facials to chemical peels, microneedling, Hydrafacials and Lumecca IPL photofacial sessions. Laser hair removal uses Alma Soprano Ice for women and men. The spa also offers a Japanese Scalp Spa, lash and brow services and women's body waxing.

Offerings include bioidentical hormone pellet therapy for women, testosterone replacement therapy, medically supervised weight management with GLP-1 plans, performance and anti-aging peptides, and physician-led recovery services for men.

The studio is open Monday through Saturday, with Thursday hours running until 8:00 PM, and is closed on Sundays. The business accepts CareCredit financing and offers gift cards.
