Micropigmentation is usually completed in two sessions, with the second 6 to 8 weeks after the first and an optional third session. Appointments run about 2 to 3 hours. The first retouch at six weeks is required to help the work last, and retouches are recommended every 12 to 18 months after healing. Work done with another professional is treated as a new procedure rather than a retouch, and clients are asked to send a photo before booking MicroLips or when they have had a previous procedure.

Powder Brows create soft, shaded brows that resemble powder makeup, and Eyeline (Lash Fuller) places pigment along the lash line to suggest denser lashes. Natural micropigmentation uses softer, more neutral pigments applied superficially for a makeup-like finish. Cover-up work is offered for earlier brow micropigmentation.

Brow waxing with a tweezed design and brow design with tint are booked about 30 minutes and about an hour respectively. Brow waxing and tinting can be booked no more often than every four weeks, and first-time and returning clients are priced differently for both. Tint results last about a week on skin and about three weeks on hair. Laser removal uses PicoWay lasers. Brow pigment removal is done over several sessions, about every six weeks, and tattoo removal often takes several sessions depending on ink color, depth and size. Cash payments carry no added tax, while credit cards, debit cards and Zelle carry applicable taxes and bank fees.

Each result is planned around the client's facial anatomy with the aim of a natural look.
