Services are by appointment only, and walk-ins are not accepted. The studio is open Wednesday and Friday from 9am to 8pm and Thursday from 9am to 5pm, and it is closed Sunday through Tuesday. No deposit is needed to book, but a valid card is kept on file. Cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead are charged 20% of the scheduled total. A 7-minute grace period applies to late arrivals, after which a $5 late fee is added, and arriving more than 10 minutes late counts as a no-show, which is charged the full cost of the service. Payment is taken in person after the service by cash, Apple Pay, credit or debit card, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
The menu is organized into bikini and Brazilian options, body and men's waxing, face and brow services, lash lifts, and packages. A first visit includes a personalized aftercare kit, and the studio sells its own aftercare products. Brazilian packages do not expire and can be paid in installments, and package credits apply automatically at checkout. Loyalty card rewards can be used only for the service a client regularly receives or a service of equal or lower value, and they cannot be applied to higher-priced services.
