Visits are by appointment only, Tuesday through Saturday from 9AM to 7PM. Clients can book by WhatsApp or SMS, or through the online form, which lists times from 9AM to 12PM and 1PM to 7PM Eastern Time.

The facial menu centers on deep cleansing. The Brazilian facial is a 60-minute treatment with extraction and a mask chosen for your skin type. The rejuvenation facial runs 90 minutes and adds microdermabrasion and oxygen. The micro-dermabrasion facial is 75 minutes and includes massage, oxygen, antioxidants and a serum intended to stimulate collagen. Massage options are a 60-minute Swedish massage, a 60-minute hot stone massage and modelling massage.

Body and waxing services include manual lymphatic drainage, a gentle, non-invasive treatment aimed at supporting lymph flow. The studio notes it is recommended after certain procedures such as liposuction and during pregnancy. Waxing is offered for women, including Brazilian waxing, and for men on any part of the body, using organic hard wax. Access Bars sessions use light hands-on touch at 32 points on the head. The method was introduced by Gary Douglas in the early 1990s, and the studio says it is practiced in over 170 countries.
