Appointments are one-on-one and move at a slower pace, with each service customized to the client. The studio aims for curls that look and feel authentic, are low-maintenance and fit the client's life, and it pairs services with clear teaching on products and technique. A first visit begins with a consultation covering curl pattern, lifestyle and hair goals.

Signature offerings include a dry curl-by-curl cut for shoulder-length and longer hair, waves or coils, which includes a wash, deep conditioning and styling. Color options cover dimensional work such as balayage and highlights, soft grey blending, and single process color and root touch-ups. Scalp and hair treatments include K18 repair for heat, bleach and chemical damage, Malibu C Headlab services and a scalp and hair detox. Deluxe Curl Services add a scalp scope analysis that looks at buildup, hydration and overall hair health.

Clients leave with the know-how to style at home, through hands-on lessons and product recommendations. Before a visit ends, the stylist suggests a rebooking schedule and products suited to the hair. Home-care recommendations focus on clean, vegan, curl-friendly products.
