Valerie

Valerie runs Val Rosen Salon, where she works as a curly hair stylist and curl specialist. Her focus is curl-by-curl cuts, seasonal color analysis and scalp health, and she also offers dimensional highlights, grey blending, scalp detox and repair treatments. She works with waves, curls and coils of every kind, and her ideal clients are women who regard their curls as part of who they are. She trained with Shai Amiel, known as The Curl Doctor, at Capella Salon. Earlier in her career she worked alongside celebrity stylist Cesar Ramirez on set for Ciara, Demi Lovato and Bebe Rexha. She has years of experience behind her curl work. She received the K18 Future Artist Scholarship. Consultations are tailored to each client and cover scalp health, hydration and styling, with product recommendations for home care.
