A visit usually starts with a consultation, either in person for 45 minutes or virtually for 30 minutes. Both cover a client's main skin goals, lifestyle and budget so a course of action can be chosen. From there the menu runs from a 30-minute teens facial to a 90-minute deluxe custom facial. The acne facial and consultation runs 1 hour 25 minutes, suits mild to severe acne, includes extractions when needed, and comes with a skincare plan.

Micro-needling is offered as a collagen induction therapy that creates a controlled micro-injury. It is listed for fine lines and wrinkles, hyperpigmentation and scarring, and can be paired or alternated with chemical peels. A series of three or six sessions is often recommended, depending on the correction needed. A self-numbing version is also available, where the client applies numbing cream at home 30 minutes before arrival. The Elaine Brennan Skin Renewal Peel is a medium-depth peel, left on the skin across two days, and is listed for hyperpigmentation, deeper lines, scarring and grade 1 to 4 acne. Booking requires a credit card on file, or a reloadable gift card for guests without one. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice are charged half the scheduled service fee, and arriving more than 15 minutes late results in cancellation with a fee of half the service price. Children under 14 are not permitted in the studio, and teens 14 to 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian. Service sales and deposits are final.
