Cocktail infusions include the Myers Cocktail, Booster Shot and Bees Knees NAD+. According to the spa, the Myers Cocktail is meant to help with fatigue and allergy symptoms. IV therapy delivers fluid, medication, or vitamins and minerals directly into the bloodstream and typically takes about 30 minutes to an hour, depending on the therapy. Medical weight loss begins with a consultation, and the GLP-1 program is offered with prescription therapy from a licensed medical provider, included only when clinically appropriate. A wellness consultation reviews health goals and options such as bloodwork, vitamin therapy and weight management. The spa also offers Latisse, and lists feminine rejuvenation and hormone therapy on its website.

Memberships include a 12-month plan at 250 dollars a month and a 6-month plan at 280 dollars a month. The Luxe Membership requires a minimum one-year commitment and includes one monthly perk from a list, 100 dollars off each syringe of filler, and 15 percent off other services and retail. The spa lists the annual value of these benefits as 5,860 dollars. Under Luxe Pricing, Dysport is 4 dollars per unit and BOTOX or Xeomin Cosmetics is 10 dollars per unit. Financing is available through Cherry with flexible monthly payments. Appointments are booked, changed or canceled through the online patient portal and are held with a debit or credit card. A 50 dollar fee applies to cancellations or no-shows made without 24 hours' notice, and arriving more than 5 minutes late for filler or Botox, or more than 10 minutes late for other services, means rescheduling. Services are non-refundable, and unopened retail products in original packaging can be returned for in-store credit. Gift certificates are non-refundable. Uninsured or self-pay patients can request a Good Faith Estimate, and a bill 400 dollars or more above that estimate can be disputed within 120 calendar days of the original bill. The federal dispute process has a 25 dollar fee.
