Visits are by appointment only, booked online, by phone or in person. The clinic is open on Saturdays and Sundays from 9 AM to 4 PM. A full-face consultation with a licensed professional looks at skin, facial structure, medical history, lifestyle and current skincare, and then a custom plan is built. Facials run from a 60-minute purifying treatment with ultrasonic extractions to a 90-minute Bellissima Signature Facial and a 90-minute customized facial tailored to concerns such as acne, aging, and pregnancy-related or menopausal skin changes. Add-ons include dermaplaning with a sterile blade, lymphatic drainage and a cooling jelly mask. The Vampire Facial uses platelet-rich plasma drawn from the client's own blood, applied with microneedling across the face, neck and décolleté. Body and back options include a back facial and a glute facial.

Injectable services include Dysport priced per unit, Lip Flip, an underarm neuromodulator treatment, Sculptra, Biogel filler made from the client's own blood components, Hyperdilute Radiesse, and PDO and lifting threads. Pricing for fillers and threads varies by treatment. Sculptra packages are offered as buy two, get one free.

Two membership plans are available. Monthly payments are banked as credit toward services, and members receive complimentary services and discounted rates on select treatments. Paying a full year in advance of either plan gives 5% off.

Financing is available through Cherry and CareCredit with no upfront costs, and most clients receive an instant decision. Applications can be made in the clinic or online. Gift cards are purchased by contacting the business.

The clinic asks for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules. A $50 flat fee applies to every no-show, and it must be paid before future appointments can be booked. After three or more missed appointments, a $50 nonrefundable deposit may be required. Booking confirms agreement to the no-show policy.
