Founder Audrey-Rose began working on the idea in 2018, after noticing a gap in the city's skincare market, and set out to bring corrective skincare, treatment planning and personal care together in one private studio. The studio describes itself as Portland's destination for clinical, corrective skincare and says it is not a spa.

Every visit starts with a skin assessment that looks at the client's skin biology, history and goals, and the studio begins with a consultation before any treatment is planned. Care is one-on-one, and plans are built around each client's skin. Rather than one-time facials, the studio builds progressive protocols in four phases: Foundation, Stabilization, Correction and Strengthening.

Services are grouped into Start Here, Maintain and Prepare, Advanced and Transform, Skin Recovery and a Signature Program. Start Here covers a skin consultation and a first facial designed for new clients. Maintain and Prepare includes enzyme peels and facials aimed at acne, pigmentation, congestion, aging and barrier support. Advanced and Transform holds the more intensive options, including chemical peels, microneedling, nano-needling, peptide infusion and exosome-based peels. Skin Recovery covers LED light therapy and a progressive peel series.

The studio uses Lira Clinical peels and Healite II LED equipment, and adds PEMF therapy with an IMRS Prime mat to some facials. It added PEMF and ozone therapy in 2024. Clients who live out of state can have a virtual consultation over Zoom and receive a personalized home-care system by mail, and local clients can take their starter home-care products home the same day. Professional skincare products are also sold through the studio's online shop.

Appointments are by appointment only, Tuesday through Saturday, and can be booked online through Square at any hour. The studio is in downtown Portland, with street parking and nearby lots. All sales, including services, packages, memberships, gift cards and retail products, are final, and concerns about a treatment should be raised within 48 hours of the appointment.

Treatment starts with a consultation and a skin assessment, then moves through phased plans built around each client's skin condition, history and goals, with each facial customized to match.
