Every scalp care visit begins with a scalp analysis using Becon AI, which measures hydration, oil balance and follicle density. From there, sessions combine dry brushing, high-frequency brushing and steam with an aroma hair mist and Josiane Laure Paris aromatherapy. Purifying Balance suits oily, dandruff-prone or itchy scalps. Signature Balance is a gentler rebalancing option for heat, redness and tension.

The one-hour-thirty Intensive Scalp Detox Package includes deep cleansing, an intensive steam detox, fascia-release massage and a pH-balancing finish. The one-hour-ten Signature Balance Scalp Package pairs fascia-relaxing scalp massage with a double cleanse and steam. The one-hour Purifying Balance Scalp Package covers scalp analysis, exfoliation, an essential oil massage, steam and a pH-balancing toner.

The studio hosts one guest at a time, so additional guests and children are not permitted. A $30 non-refundable deposit per guest confirms a booking and is applied to the final total, with the remaining balance due at checkout. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 48 hours' notice, and late cancellations or no-shows forfeit the deposit. Clients should arrive 5 to 10 minutes early, since sessions may be shortened for arrivals more than 15 minutes late. Payment is accepted by Zelle, Venmo, cash or credit card, with a 3% processing fee possible on cards. Gratuity is not included. Clients should tell the business in advance about allergies, scalp conditions or recent medical treatments. Gift cards are non-refundable and do not expire.
