Haircuts include a consultation, a shampoo and a style finish, and a free consultation is recommended before booking. It is required before color correction, which is priced after that conversation. Listed prices are starting points and can change with the client's request and hair needs.

Services are grouped into haircuts and styling, color services, waxing and add-ons, and beauty deals. The deals bundle several services together at a lower total than booking each one separately, saving between $10 and $40.

Cancellations need to be made by phone or email at least 24 hours ahead. Changes within 24 hours are charged 50% of the a la carte total, while cancellations within one hour or no-shows are charged the full booked amount. Arriving more than 15 minutes late counts as a no-show and may mean rescheduling. A valid credit card is required at booking to hold the appointment and is the default payment method.
