Every appointment is one-on-one with the stylist a client chooses, from start to finish. Stylists shape each client's hair care routine and future bookings around that person's lifestyle. Guests can sit down with a glass of wine during their visit.

The Japanese Head Spa is offered at the Haddonfield location in a semi-private area of the salon. The 60-minute service is $165 and includes a hair bath, scalp exfoliation, a head massage, an aromatherapy steam mist, a hair mask and a blowout. It can be added to any service or booked on its own. Extension clients pay a $20 upcharge on any service, which includes a blowout.

The salon works with brands it chooses for cutting-edge products with the environment in mind, and carries Oribe Hair Care, EVO professional haircare and Goldwell Color. Hours are Monday to Friday 10:00 am to 7:00 pm and Saturday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Changes or cancellations need 24 hours' notice. Clients who arrive more than twenty minutes late may have their service honored at the stylist's discretion. The salon brings clients back within two weeks of a visit to correct services.

Each client works one-on-one with a chosen stylist, and the salon aims to pair artistry with approachability in a client-focused space. Stylists plan hair care around each client's lifestyle and partner with brands chosen with the environment in mind.
