Men can book sugaring, though the studio does not sugar male intimate areas. Sugaring can be done during a period and during pregnancy. Brazilian, bikini and intimate-area services come in several forms, including a standard session, a maintenance session for clients who return every four to six weeks, and extractions added where needed with a hydrating moisturizer.

Bookings and rebookings are made online only; the studio does not confirm appointments by text or email. A door code comes in the confirmation. Phone calls are not answered during business hours, so questions go by email. Services of 15 to 30 minutes allow a five-minute grace period, and services of 30 minutes or longer allow ten minutes. Clients who are unwell or recovering from a cold or flu are asked to reschedule.

Before a visit, hair should have at least two weeks of growth, ideally about rice-grain length, and the skin should be exfoliated the day before with no lotion applied. For 24 hours after sugaring, the studio asks clients to avoid saunas, chlorine, gyms, and tanning or spray tanning. Exfoliation should wait 48 hours after sugaring. Sugar scrubs, hemp products, Bath and Body Works products, and perfumed products should be kept off the treated skin around appointments. The recommended interval between sugaring sessions is every four to six weeks.

Package pricing offers two sessions free with a set of four or three paid sessions, valid for one year from purchase. Some package options are limited to clients who already hold a package. Most services are non-refundable. Payment is accepted by most methods except Cash App and checks.

Urban Sugaring is a single-operator studio, so the owner handles each appointment personally and keeps the schedule and communication in one place.
