The salon describes itself as a multi-service spa where team members refer clients to one another, with the goal of a genuinely enjoyable experience for both clients and staff.

The spa's setting is relaxed and glamorous, with an industrial chic style and a subtle color palette. Services run from brow lamination, facials and lash work to laser hair removal, body waxing, sugaring and electrolysis for men and women. The advanced skin menu includes laser and radio frequency treatments such as Tempsure Envi, Plasma Skin Tightening, salt cave therapy and microneedling.

Hair removal is a major focus. Laser hair removal is done in the office with a Motus AX alexandrite laser, and the salon usually recommends 8 to 10 sessions, or 12 for darker skin tones. Electrolysis uses the blend method, combining galvanic electrolysis and thermolysis. The salon states that electrolysis is an FDA and AMA approved permanent hair removal method.

Lash clients can choose classic, hybrid, Russian volume, silk, mink and faux mink extensions, with an initial application fee and maintenance fills priced by how long between visits. A lash lift is also offered. Payment plans are available, including a buy now, pay later option through Cherry, which offers monthly payments for procedures to qualifying patients aged 18 or older with a bank-issued debit card.
