Every visit starts with a consultation so the esthetician can learn about the client's skin and goals before choosing a treatment. Facials are not run from a fixed script; the Urban Custom Facial, for example, is built after that conversation and includes cleansing, exfoliation, extractions when appropriate, a treatment masque, massage depending on the service, hydration and finishing products chosen for the client. Custom facials can also be combined with other treatments.

Skin services range from Teen Skin Solutions and the Time Saver Facial through Sensitive Skin Therapy, the Men's Skin Reset, Hydra dermabrasion and the HydraFacial. The XTRA-Results menu adds shorter treatments such as enzyme treatment, lymphatic drainage, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning and BioRePeel.

Brow services include brow waxing with trim and mapping, tweezing, a quick between-the-brows service, and brow lamination, which is done with wax and tint and is meant to calm and redirect each hair for a fuller look. Lash lift treatments curl natural lashes from the root and last six to eight weeks, as does brow lamination.

Waxing covers the face, upper body and lower body, plus a men's menu that includes brow grooming, chest, back, arms and legs. The business says its waxing is pain-free.

Clients are asked to prepare for waxing and brow visits with hair about a quarter inch long and clean skin free of lotions and oils, and to avoid sun exposure, retinol and exfoliating acids for 24 to 48 hours before an appointment. Afterward, hot showers, saunas, pools and strenuous exercise are best avoided for 24 hours, and gentle exfoliation can resume two to three days after a service. Hours are Tuesday and Wednesday 11am to 9pm, Thursday 9am to 2pm and 7pm to 9pm, Friday 9am to 4pm, and Saturday 8:30am to 2pm; Monday and Sunday are by appointment only.
