Every stylist at Urban begins with a thorough consultation before a service. New color guests are encouraged to book a 15-minute complimentary consultation first. Cut, blowout and color visits include the Aveda Shampoo Ritual, which pairs a scalp massage with customized conditioning and a hot towel, followed by a cooling balance ritual and a professional blowout.

Bookings can be made online, and Bellami extension questions can be sent through a request form. A credit card number is required to reserve, and it can be saved to the profile for checkout. Cancellations need 24 hours notice, otherwise a fee of 50% of the scheduled services price applies. Cash, check, Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express are accepted, and salon gift cards work for services and products and expire five years after purchase. Tipping is optional and can be done at the front desk. Complimentary beverages are offered in the waiting area and during services.

The salon begins each service with a consultation and uses Aveda products throughout its cut, blowout and color services.
