Every facial begins with a consultation with the esthetician about skin concerns and goals. Each facial then includes a deep cleanse, exfoliation, a relaxing facial massage, extractions if needed and a mask. After the session, the esthetician steps out while the client dresses and then talks through aftercare product options.

Waxing is done with soft wax, hard wax or sugar wax, chosen by the service and the client's preference. Soft wax is used for small, precise areas such as eyebrows and for legs, and sugar wax is offered as a natural option for sensitive skin. Disposable garments are available for clients who want them. To prepare for a wax, clients are asked to exfoliate at least 24 hours beforehand, avoid booking during their period, and have hair about a quarter inch long. Before a facial, clients should arrive with a clean, makeup-free face, pause harsh exfoliants, retinols and active acids for 48 to 72 hours, and avoid sun, tanning and facial hair removal for 24 to 48 hours. Clients should arrive 10 to 15 minutes early for paperwork, and a 24-hour cancellation notice is requested with full payment due at booking.
