Facial visits cover the face, neck, and decollete, and include heated mittens for the hands and feet and makeup at no extra charge. Several complimentary add-ons can be added to a facial, including a 10-minute neck and shoulder massage, a skincare treatment on the neck and chest, a softening treatment for hands and feet, and Jane Iredale makeup. The menu also covers Nano facials and Nano infusion treatments, microneedling, microdermabrasion alone or paired with a PCA peel, and several Turn Back Time peels, with options that add 4% retinol. The spa describes its Nano treatment as award-winning. Chemical peels begin with a consultation in which an esthetician assesses skin type, and the spa advises daily sunscreen and gentle moisturizer afterward.

Massage sessions run 60 to 90 minutes with full hands-on time, and each therapist customizes the session. Swedish massage is $85 for 60 minutes and $115 for 90 minutes, deep tissue is $95 and $125, and prenatal massage is $95 and $125. Deep tissue work can be uncomfortable at first, so clients are encouraged to tell the therapist their pressure preferences. Scalp, foot, and hot stone add-ons are available.

Waxing uses soft wax for all skin types, with services for the face, underarms, arms, legs, back, and chest. Bikini and Brazilian waxing are offered to women only. The spa says waxing results can last up to six weeks in most cases, depending on hair growth rate. Lash and brow services are performed by licensed aestheticians using ophthalmologist-tested solutions, and lash results typically last four to six weeks.

Appointments can be booked online or by phone, and all services are by appointment only. Clients who arrive early can enjoy complimentary beverages. New clients may book the First Time Client Package for $170, which includes a 60-minute Swedish massage, a hot-towel foot scrub, and a Revitalizing Facial with a complimentary brow or lip wax. Cancellations are not taken by email, so clients should call and leave a voicemail. Credit card payments carry a 3% charge, and gift cards can be bought online and expire one year from purchase. Treatments are tailored to the individual: chemical peels start with a consultation about skin type, and each massage session is customized by the therapist.
