The facial menu runs from a 60-minute Essential at $115 through a 90-minute Bespoke at $225, with a 75-minute Revive at $175 and a Refine at $160 in between. A New Client Facial at $130 includes a consultation, a detailed skin analysis, a personalized treatment, home care advice and a follow-up check-in. The 75-minute Signature Glow Facial at $215 combines hydrodermabrasion, microcurrent, ultrasound infusion, oxygen therapy and cold hammer technology, and the salon says it has no downtime. Korean facials follow the same five price tiers and use Korean skincare techniques with customized product layering. Advanced options include ethanol-based chemical peels at $200, microcurrent at $200, and microchanneling and microneedling, which start at $250.
The Face Reality Acne Bootcamp is a 12-week program for moderate to severe inflamed, non-inflamed and combination acne. It uses a clear-skin system and clinical-grade home-care products matched to each client's acne and skin type, and clients are asked to use only the products the salon recommends during the program. Packages cost $500 with visits every two weeks or $350 with visits every four weeks, and each includes a consultation, a first visit with a 45 to 60 minute facial, and the later visits. Online check-ins are included, and LED is added to the first visit at no charge when time allows. The salon says the program takes about three to four months depending on acne type.
Waxing is done with Mermaid Wax, which the salon says it has used for over five years, and samples are kept on site for waxing and sugaring clients to try. A Brazilian wax costs $65 for new clients or after six weeks and $55 for maintenance every four to six weeks. Bundles give a free wax for every seven, eight or nine paid visits at $380, $440 or $490. Sugaring is offered for the face and many body areas, from lip and chin to a full Brazilian. Clients are advised to exfoliate and moisturize beforehand and to avoid exercise, pools, hot tubs and hot baths for 24 hours afterward. Several medications and recent treatments, including recent chemical peels and retinoids, affect whether waxing can go ahead, so the salon asks clients to disclose them.
Brow waxing includes mapping and filling with Million Dollar Brows pomade, finished with a brow gel. Brow lamination is $85 and lasts up to eight weeks, and a lash lift is $85 and lasts up to eight weeks. Adding a tint brings a lash lift to $105. Clients with allergies or sensitivities are asked to call before booking a lash lift and tint. Body treatments include a 75-minute Full Body Polish at $220, a 55-minute back facial at $95, a 50-minute booty facial at $75, and a 30-minute Lovely Lotus vajacial at $40 that is added to a Brazilian wax. New clients pay a $15 deposit at booking, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval before the appointment. Gift certificates are sold year-round and can be redeemed for services or products. Permanent makeup is offered only at the Ayrsley, North Carolina location. Hours are Monday 11:30am to 6pm, Tuesday to Friday 9am to 6pm, and Saturday 9am to 4pm.
