Extension options range from classic sets, which give a natural and subtle look with lengths that can be adjusted, to volume sets in light, mega, or wispy styles, where the fullness can be tailored to preference. Hybrid sets are offered as well. Some sets are done by a specific technician, and the volume set with Asia does not cover classic styles.

Clients who already have extensions can book refills, which are timed by the studio. A volume refill must fall 12 to 25 days after the initial full set to count as a refill, while a classic refill is best done 2 to 3 weeks after the last set. Mini fills are a small top-up for a special occasion or to extend a week and must be booked within 10 days of the last fill. Extended fills are for clients who need more than a fill but not a full set, and they require at least 30% of lashes to remain. The studio says that if a client can count their lashes, they likely need a full set.

For clients who want enhancement rather than extensions, the studio offers a lash lift and tint, which includes a complimentary tint, and bottom lash lifts are available. Being a good candidate is required, and if a client is not, only a top lash lift is performed. A 10 day enhancement is available for clients returning within 10 days of their last service. Old lashes are removed with a cream-based remover over about 30 minutes.

New clients can try the Opal Free Patch Test, a free 30-minute trial that begins with the Bio Comfort Method and includes a few lashes applied with Opal Free adhesive. The salon describes it as a 100% acrylate-free trial that helps determine whether a client is a candidate for Opal Free. A 72-hour waiting period is required after the patch test before a full set can be booked. Permanent jewelry is also available as an add-on, with each additional charm priced separately.
