Massage is the core of the business. Every session begins with a short intake about the pressure you prefer and the areas that need attention. Styles include Swedish, deep tissue, sports, Thai, table Thai, ashiatsu, lymphatic drainage, prenatal, couples and relaxation massage, along with an oncology massage that is light and relaxing for clients at any stage of cancer treatment. Assisted stretching and mobile or at-home visits are also available. Sessions run from 30 to 120 minutes.

The Ohio City studio has an infrared sauna warming to about 140 degrees, with a 38-degree ice-bath plunge in the same private suite. Cleveland Heights has a traditional Finnish dry sauna at about 180 degrees and its own cold plunge. Sauna and plunge sessions are one-hour private suite bookings at $45 at both studios. The business describes its suite as the most affordable private-suite sauna in Cleveland.

Yoga and Pilates classes include warm power, advanced hot athletic, heated sculpt, mat and hot mat Pilates, restorative yoga and breathwork. Some classes are heated, while fundamentals and restorative classes are not. The business says its yoga is designed by bodyworkers and movement specialists with a focus on healing rather than sweating. Reflexology and Reiki sessions are also offered.

A membership costs $20 a month for 20% off every service, including sauna and plunge access at both studios. Packages and gift cards are available. The business publishes its full price list for every service at both studios, and online bookings for listed services take a deposit shown at checkout.
