Urban Cuts opened in 2021 in Suite 410 at Bassett Place Mall. It serves men, women and children, so a family can book cuts in one visit.

Cutting services include men's, women's, adult and children's cuts, shampoos, beard and bangs trims, and a VIP combo of haircut, shampoo and blow dry that takes 35 minutes or more. Color is booked in person after a free consultation. Options range from color touch-ups and partial foils to balayage, highlights, double process and color correction, and perms are also offered.

Lash services are by appointment only and need clients to have no eye makeup or contacts unless they can be removed during the service. Extensions come in classic natural, hybrid, volume and mega volume styles, and fills are recommended every two weeks. The express facial is a 45-minute service with cleansing, a sheet mask and a serum massage using roller tools, and clients are asked to arrive makeup-free.

Color and lash appointments carry a $20 cancellation or no-show fee. Hair with extensions cannot be serviced at this time. Clients are asked to arrive on time or a little early for haircuts.

Haircuts are walk-in friendly, color follows an in-person consultation at no charge, and lash work is booked by appointment only.
