Cancellations need 24 hours notice by phone or through the confirmation text, and missed or late-cancelled appointments are charged 50 percent of the scheduled service. Product returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days on unused items, service refunds are not offered, and hair adjustments can be requested within a week of a service. Hours are Tuesday through Saturday, 10am to 6pm, or by appointment.
