The studio says its mission is to go above and beyond throughout the hair experience. Color is the largest part of the menu, with full and partial balayage using hand-painted sections, full and partial foil highlights applied from the root, all-over refreshes that are not blonding services, root color to cover gray regrowth, and a toner that gently softens color. Balayage pricing includes toner, and a mini balayage option is offered for a face-frame blonde refresh.

Cuts include a haircut with shampoo, conditioner, blow-dry and styling, and a kids haircut for ages 12 and under that does not use clipper cuts. Blowouts are offered on their own. The Urban Deluxe Refresh treatment combines a trim, a hydrating hair mask, a hot aromatherapy towel, a scalp massage, a gloss over treatment and a blowout. A head spa treatment with a restorative hair mask, hot aromatherapy towel and scalp massage is also available as an add-on.

Hair extension services include a paid consultation, extension removal with a careful takeout, shampoo, conditioner, haircut and styling, and extension move-ups where new beads and string are placed on hair already installed, priced per row. A standalone hair consultation covers the hair, the client's goals and what is achievable.

Booking details are set out clearly. Appointment cancellations need 24 hours' notice, and cancellations made within 24 hours carry a charge of 30 percent of the initial service booked. A valid credit card is kept on file when booking. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
