The studio is on the fourth floor of a building at 200 E Van Buren St, in downtown Phoenix. Visitors check in with building security and say they have an appointment with UR Tangled Truth. Street parking is metered at about $1.50 an hour, and the parking garage charges $4 or more an hour; the site notes these rates may change.

Massage is offered in customized 60 or 90 minute sessions, with several styles available: deep tissue, post-op and lymphatic, Swedish and prenatal. Facials are described as personalized and come in five options. Energy work sessions run 60 minutes or longer and come in three options. Lash services include classic, hybrid, volume and mega volume styles, and the listed lash appointment time of 1.5 to 2 hours includes the chosen style. House call lash appointments are priced separately, and clients text for details.

Packages and memberships give regular clients a way to book at a lower total cost. The Alignment Series is three 60-minute facials or massages, valid for three months. The monthly memberships cover one 1-hour facial or one 1-hour massage per month for $99, a saving of $41 each month. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100, $200 or custom amounts, and gift card sales are final.

Booking terms are set out clearly. Business hours are Tuesday through Thursday, 5 PM to 9 PM. Deposits are nonrefundable. Reschedules need 24 hours' notice, and one reschedule is allowed per deposit. Same-day cancellations carry a $125 fee, and clients who cancel at the last minute twice are paused from booking. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Soliciting is not allowed.
