The menu spans hair, nails, facials, massage, waxing and sugaring, brows and lashes, and a cosmetic injections category that is listed without details. Facials run from a 30-minute express facial and a dermaplaning add-on up to longer treatments such as a hydrafacial, micro-channeling, and a two-hour DMK enzyme treatment that includes a 30-day supply of skincare. Acne Boot Camp is a series of chemical peels or enzyme treatments given every three to four weeks, depending on acne severity.

Every service provider is an independent booth renter, so each specialist keeps their own schedule. Appointments are arranged around each specialist's availability and specialty. Clients are asked to arrive on time. If running late, they should call, since a late arrival may shorten the service. Spa cancellations need 24 hours' notice. Gratuities are not included in service or gift certificate prices. Gift certificates can be printed by the buyer, emailed to the recipient, or bought at the front desk. Hours are Monday through Thursday 8am to 8pm, Friday 8am to 7pm, Saturday 8am to 6pm, and closed Sunday.
