Appointments are booked online through the Vagaro app, which sends confirmations and reminders. Clients are asked to keep phones silent and put away and to keep voices low during appointments. Guests entering the suites must be 16 or older. Clients under 16 may be seen with the spa's approval and a parent present, but other children and entourages are not permitted at appointments.

The facial menu ranges from a 30-minute skin analysis and consultation, which covers skin concerns, Fitzpatrick rating and treatment options, to targeted facials. The Petite Acne Relief Facial at $65 includes cleansing, a clarifying enzyme, extractions and high frequency electrotherapy, but not microdermabrasion, microchanneling, LED therapy or chemical peels. The Acne Relief and Scar Repair Facial at $95 adds microchanneling and microdermabrasion, and first-time acne facial clients receive a sample home care kit. Laser lipo is $65 per session; the spa describes it as shrinking fat cells with visible centimeter loss on treated areas, and the portable machines can be added to a facial or lash appointment. The spa states that microchanneling with growth factors may help acne scars, fine lines, hyperpigmentation, rosacea and wrinkles, and that PRP adds no benefit after procedures.

Evoque Advanced Esthetics Academy offers certification courses live over Zoom and in person, scheduled around existing client appointments. Courses range from about $200 to $2,000, with overlapping courses bundled at a discount, and quotes are requested by email. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice and no-shows are charged a 50% fee.

Practitioners work under the supervision of a medical director. The spa says its goal is quality services with strong customer service.
