Body sessions come in two lengths. Lower Body lasts 45 minutes and covers the abdomen, glutes and full legs. Full Body lasts 70 minutes and covers the lower body, arms and back. The Evolution Facial is a separate facial lymphatic drainage treatment aimed at fluid-related puffiness. It uses a dedicated facial handpiece with 60 gel spheres and is not included in Full Body.

Single Lower Body visits cost $170, or $140 for a new client's first visit. Single Full Body visits cost $290, or $230 for a new client's first visit. The Evolution Facial New Client Special is $150 for the first facial session. Facials are priced separately from body treatments. Course packages are totals for the stated number of sessions: Lower Body costs $900 for 6 sessions ($150 each), $1,680 for 12 ($140 each) and $2,340 for 18 ($130 each). Full Body costs $1,560 for 6 sessions ($260 each), $3,000 for 12 ($250 each) and $4,140 for 18 ($230 each). At the Laguna Hills location, new clients can also book 3-session introductory packages: Lower Body at $359 and Full Body at $559. All prices are in USD.

Treatment is planned as a course. The first step is an initial visit, after which a specialist may suggest a 12-session course, and the specialist sets how often sessions take place. Progress is checked after sessions 1, 3, 6 and 12, and the plan is changed when needed. At the 12-session check, the specialist also talks through maintenance options. Individual results and how quickly they appear differ from person to person, and no outcome is guaranteed. Before any treatment, a specialist assesses whether the client is a suitable candidate, and a doctor's approval may be required. Anyone who is pregnant should contact the business before booking. Before booking, clients are asked to report whether they are breastfeeding, have a clotting or vein disorder, take anticoagulant drugs, are receiving cancer care, or have had an operation recently. Before and after images on the website document what individual clients experienced; they are not a guarantee of a particular result, and they include clients who completed 19 sessions.

The Laguna Hills studio is inside Upgrade Pilates & Bodytherapy and offers body treatments only, by appointment, bookable online through Vagaro.
