Most visits centre on head spa treatments. The Basic is a customizable treatment of about 30 minutes that includes a face cleanser, a premium modeling face mask, double hair washing and a moisture conditioner, and it can be extended with massage, scalp, hair and facial add-ons. The 1 Hour Package builds on those steps with deep scalp, facial, and neck and shoulder massage plus a blow-dry with oil treatment.

The blow-dry does not include styling, and RF, hydra-dermabrasion or ultrasonic treatment can be added during the appointment.

The Glow Package is the other signature option. It cleanses and hydrates the skin, washes and soothes the hair, and includes scalp, facial, neck and shoulder massage, bubble pore cleansing, hydra-dermabrasion, and a hydrating mask with ultrasound. It finishes with a Vitamin C serum, a nano hair mist, intense moisturizing and sun protection, then a blow-dry; styling is not included.

Each location has private couple rooms that hold up to four people, and the business says clients have complete privacy in their room even when booking alone. Groups larger than four are asked to text for a personalized offer. Services are open to both men and women, and clients under 18 need a parent or legal guardian present during treatment.

Treatments are built around scalp care and relaxation, with a head spa structure that can be tailored by adding massage, scalp, hair and facial services to a base treatment.
