Appointments are booked online: you choose a preferred stylist and a time. Extension work starts with a consultation, which is complimentary and required before any new install. Keratin bond and weft pricing is set at that consultation, and a 50% deposit is needed before hair is purchased, with the install scheduled after the deposit. New installs come with an aftercare kit.

Color work ranges from root touch-ups and all-over color to partial and full blonding in foil or balayage, with toner, glaze and root smudge available as add-ons. Airbrush tanning is offered as a single session or a package of three. Spray tan clients are asked to exfoliate daily for five days beforehand, arrive with clean bare skin, and book any lash extensions or pedicure at least 24 hours before the tan.

Cancellations need at least 48 hours notice. Late cancellations carry a fee of 50% of the scheduled total, and no-shows are charged the full service. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule. The salon does not offer refunds, but clients unhappy with a service can reach out within seven days for a complimentary adjustment.
