A visit starts with a consultation, which can be done virtually or in the clinic. The consultation reviews goals and medical history alongside a brief medical and aesthetic assessment. Afterward, the team builds a personalized plan that recommends treatments and timing and estimates cost. Treatments are done in the office, with aftercare and expectations explained. A short follow-up checks results and sets up maintenance within a year-long individualized plan. Out-of-town clients are encouraged to start with a virtual consultation.

Booking is available online for individual appointments, group appointments, packages and gift cards. A $100 booking fee applies to new consultations and can go toward same-day treatment or a skincare purchase that day. Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours, and no-shows, incur a $100 fee. Late arrivals have a 15-minute grace period before the appointment is forfeited, and all sales are final. Injectables and chemical peels are not offered during pregnancy or breastfeeding, though a sensitive skin and pregnancy-safe facial is available. Hours are Monday and Tuesday 9 AM to 6 PM, Wednesday 10 AM to 7 PM, Thursday 9 AM to 6 PM, Friday 9 AM to 5 PM, the first Saturday of each month 10 AM to 3 PM, and Sunday closed.
