Every new client starts with a New Patient Consultation before any appointment is booked. The consultation fee is $150 with Emily Rockwell and $50 with Kelsey Thropp, Annie Zavitsanos, or Amanda Wolf. It includes a full face assessment, education on treatment options, skincare and prescription recommendations when needed, before and after photos, a two-week follow-up call, and complimentary skincare follow-ups. Laser treatments also require a consultation first, and laser plans run as a series of sessions.

Services cover injectables, facials and peels, laser treatments, microneedling, Sofwave, brow services, and TMJ treatment. The clinic also sells ZO Skin Health products and medical-grade skincare for home use, and it offers a mailing list with treatment updates, skincare education, and subscriber-only specials.

A credit card is required to reserve an appointment, and all clients provide card details and an updated medical history. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours of notice, and no-shows, are subject to a fee based on appointment type. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may not be accommodated, and a deposit is required to reschedule in that case. The clinic publishes its full terms and cancellation policy on its website.

Treatment plans are customized for each client and built first around healthy skin, with the aim of long-term skin health rather than a quick fix or cover-up.
