Most visits start with an in-person color consultation, priced from $60 and about 25 minutes or more. The consultation fee of $50 is credited toward the service if the client books after the consultation.

The menu covers blonde services such as all-over blonde, priced from $550, and dimensional blonde with gradual lightness from the root to lighter ends, also from $550. Face frame highlights start at $250. Root touch-ups are offered for gray coverage at $120 and, for previously bleached hair, with double process to refresh up to 1.5 inches of regrowth at $350. Toner and fashion tone visits, recommended every four to six weeks, cancel brassiness and add tone. Extension move-ups, recommended every six to eight weeks, reposition existing extensions without adding hair. Women's cuts are $120 and include a wash, blow-dry and style, and a precision blunt bob is also $120.

Deposits apply to some services: $50 to $100 for new clients, and $60 for certain services. Cancellations with 48 hours' notice are free. Later cancellations are charged 50% of the scheduled services, and cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are charged 100%.

The salon is open Wednesday and Thursday from 10:30 AM to 5 PM, Friday from 10:30 AM to 2 PM, and Saturday from 11 AM to 5 PM, and it is closed Monday, Tuesday and Sunday.

Each visit begins with an in-person consultation to assess hair health and goals, and the service plan is built from that conversation.
