The business was founded by Jaimie Brady, who is also its owner and headspa director. Every journey begins with a personalized scalp analysis by the therapist, followed by a choice of aromatherapy, water therapy with the Water Halo, scalp and neck massage, and a finish with Tea Forté tea. The standard ritual also includes exfoliation, aromatherapy steam, a scalp and hair mask and a hot towel. Clients don't need to wash their hair beforehand.

There are three journey levels. Take a Break is a 40-minute session with a Milbon Signature Line treatment, starting at $125. Unplug runs 75 minutes, adds a Milbon Gold Line treatment, an Eminence mini facial and pressure work on the neck, shoulders, arms and hands, starting at $215. The Wish List is a 120-minute session with a botanical facial, lymphatic drainage, chest and pressure work and a blowout, starting at $305. Owner's Service adds $50 to any journey and includes a private 30-minute consultation with the owner before the ritual. A hair-type add-on, priced from $30 to $60 and charged separately at checkout, adds 30 to 45 minutes for longer, thicker or more textured hair. Bundles of 3, 6 or 12 headspa visits are offered at 10%, 15% and 20% off, though bundles can't be mixed across service tiers.

Couples can share a headspa journey, either Take a Break, Unplug or The Wish List, with or without a blow-dry, and couples private suites are available. The Zen & Shears service combines any headspa journey with a precision haircut over 75 to 120 minutes, priced from $280 to $465. Men's grooming includes the Gentlemen's Experience, a precision cut with a head wash and tailored style; the Presidential Experience, which adds head sculpting and a traditional straight razor outline; and the King's Treatment, which combines the Presidential Experience with a 40-minute headspa. The full salon menu covers women's and men's haircuts, bangs, children's cuts, color, highlights, up-dos, a keratin treatment and full transformations.
