Services are grouped into color, highlights, haircuts, hair styling, extensions and keratin treatment. Haircut appointments are booked by hair density (fine, standard or thick), and new clients receive extended consultation time. First-time clients get a free consultation, and an extensions consultation at no charge is a planning visit ahead of a sew-in appointment rather than the install itself.
Color options include a hairline touch-up, root touch-ups, and a roots-to-ends permanent color that gives an even overall shade and takes about two hours. A demi-permanent gloss toner refines tone and shine, is not a lightening service, lasts four to eight weeks, and is included with every highlighting service. Highlights range from mini and partial to full and double full, with balayage and platinum also offered. Platinum takes four or more hours, can only be booked through the stylist, and needs retouches every four to six weeks.
Listed starting prices include $250 for balayage, $275 for a keratin relaxer and $60 for a women's blow-dry, with a 10% discount shown on many services. Cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice to avoid a fee; later cancellations are charged half the service cost, and missed appointments are charged the full cost. First-time color clients complete a new client form before their appointment. Accepted payments include cash, debit, and credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
