Chemical peels and skin analysis are also part of the work.

Booking runs on a few firm rules. A valid credit card is required when booking, and appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours ahead; same-day cancellations are charged the full service cost. Arriving within 10 minutes of the appointment time is expected, and payment is taken after the service. Tips are not expected, though gratuity may be given in cash or by Venmo.

Clients using topical medications such as tretinoin should stop at least 7 days before a session, and exfoliating products should be avoided for at least 3 days before. Clients with sunburned skin or signs of illness will be asked to reschedule.
