Hair styling sits alongside nail, skin and body services in a single location, with each area set up as its own distinct space. Calista also makes a line of hair care products and styling tools for sale in the salon, and Calista-branded professional beauty tools and products are carried by QVC and beauty retailers. Hair services cover cuts, blow-dries, styling, color, texture treatments, conditioning treatments and custom hair additions. Every hair service starts with a customized shampoo, scalp massage and blow dry, and the style is chosen around the client's personal taste, face shape, hair texture and daily routine. Pricing depends on stylist level, from Stylist to Advanced Stylist to Master Stylist. Fashion color, color correction and extensions may call for a consultation to set length and cost, and the consultation fee of $35 to $50 is deducted from the service charge. Wigs begin at a $350 base price and include consultation, selection, fitting, customizing and cutting.

Facial work is organized in levels. A Level 101 facial is the starting point, and a Level 201 facial must be preceded by a Level 101 facial. The Level 301 intensive treatment includes a professional peel selected by the skin care technician. Estheticians work with anti-aging, acne, hyperpigmentation, rosacea and corrective facial therapy. Dermaplaning is a non-chemical exfoliation that removes dead skin and fine vellus hair, and it can be booked alone or added to a facial. Teen and men's facials are also offered.

Nail services include manicures, pedicures, gel and acrylic work, nail repairs and paraffin treatments. The salon describes its nail technicians as award-winning. Massage options include Swedish, pregnancy, couples, deep tissue, foot reflexology, lymphatic and specialty work such as reiki, with cupping and gua sha available as add-ons. Massage therapists are licensed, according to the salon. Guests under 18 need a parent or guardian to sign a consent form in person before a massage, and guests 14 and younger must be accompanied by an adult.

Cancellations or rescheduling need 24 hours' notice, otherwise 50 percent of the scheduled service is charged, and no-shows fall under the same policy. Packages and group reservations should be arranged at least 48 hours ahead. Children under 12 are not permitted unless they are receiving a service. Gift cards are treated as cash, must be presented at the time of service and cannot be redeemed for cash, and the salon is not responsible for lost or stolen cards. Hours are Monday noon to 9 pm, Tuesday through Thursday 8 am to 9 pm, Friday and Saturday 8 am to 5 pm, and closed Sunday. According to the salon, prices are subject to change. Bridal and wedding planning is handled through the wedding coordinator at 610-399-6677 ext. 303.
