It works with clients of every skin tone, gender and life stage, and focuses on changes in hydration, sensitivity, texture and hormonal balance.

Every visit starts with a private consultation and a professional skin assessment, where the esthetician reviews current products, health history, medications, allergies and recent procedures before choosing a treatment phase. Clients do not need to know their skin type beforehand. A first visit covers the face, neck and décolleté unless otherwise noted, and newer clients who are unsure what their skin needs can begin with the Foundational Complexion Reset.

Prices reflect the products, protocols and modalities used in each treatment. Ultrasound services use the studio's own conductive gel and are not recommended for pregnant clients, people with pacemakers or implanted electronic devices, or people with active cancer without medical clearance. The services are cosmetic skin care rather than medical treatment. The studio is a private suite with a heated treatment bed, a calming scent, a fireplace and a self-serve herbal tea station, and gift cards are available.

Treatments are matched to the skin's current condition, needs and tolerance rather than age, gender or skin tone, with a preference for gentle, progressive care over aggressive treatment. The three-phase method lets a client's phase change as their skin does.
