Loc prices depend on hair length and density. Ear-length locs start at $95, neck-length at $100, shoulder-length at $120, medium at $145, mid-back at $170, and lower mid-back at $200. Starter locs are offered for both adults and children on Wednesdays, take about four hours, and require a consultation first. Starter locs include a protein treatment and a trim if needed. A loc consultation is 20 minutes and costs $25.

For existing locs, the salon offers retwisting for $125 and a longer visit that covers a shampoo, retwist, style and touch-up of color for a starting price of $225. A color touch-up refreshes color already applied to locs, and its price varies with length and density. A detox treatment for $60 includes an apple cider vinegar rinse meant to lift dirt and debris from the scalp.

Beyond locs, the salon lists two-strand twists at $160, a touch-up and style for $65, an adult style-only service for $60, and a kids' style-only service for $45. Services are grouped under consultation, kids, locs, retwist, styling, treatments and twists.

Booking requires a deposit, which is non-refundable and counts toward the total service cost. Deposits are also forfeited for no-call and no-show appointments. Appointments can be rescheduled with 24 hours notice, and a deposit can be transferred once; after that a new appointment and deposit are needed. Late arrivals are asked to reschedule. Children are only allowed in the salon while they are being serviced.
