The salon does not take walk-ins. A new client's first visit is the First Time Facial, and it must be completed before any other facial. It starts with a Visia skin analysis, which the salon uses to measure changes over the following visits. The treatment combines active ingredients, ultrasound and iontophoresis to infuse vitamins and peptides, peels, LED light therapy, CooLifting, and a full facial with chest and arm massage. Vitamin C, brightening, hydrating, sensitive and acne facials are open only to returning clients who have finished that first visit. According to the salon, its facials involve no downtime and can be repeated as often as weekly, with monthly being the usual recommendation. The salon presents its facials as aimed at correction, restoration and long-term skin health rather than relaxation. Clients should come in with a clean, makeup-free face and wait a few hours before putting makeup on afterward. The First Time Facial is not offered during pregnancy and is considered safe while breastfeeding. Anyone who has had Botox or other injectables within the past two weeks should say so when booking.

For clients who want less time, the Purely Results treatments are shorter alternatives to a standard facial and are not packages. They leave out exfoliation, steam, massage, extractions and mask application, and range from a 15-minute CooLifting treatment to a 60-minute LED peel. Body Contour is a non-surgical, drug-free treatment for the abdomen and thighs that uses red and near-infrared light, and is offered as a stand-alone 40-minute session or a 30-minute add-on to a facial. It treats one thigh at a time, so treating both costs double. The site says the treatment does not destroy or kill fat cells and describes a protocol of three sessions a week for four weeks.

Functional medicine work starts with a 50 to 60 minute consultation held by phone for $300, which includes a review of the client's health history and symptom questionnaire ahead of the session. Intake forms and payment are due at least five business days before the session, and advanced testing is selected for each client based on history, symptoms, lifestyle and earlier lab results. Lab panels are run through the Vibrant Wellness testing laboratory and billed separately from the program fee, and advanced results usually come back within two to three weeks. The three-month VIP Functional Medicine Program, priced at $1,440 or $480 a month, includes six bi-weekly sessions, two 50-minute phone calls a month, session summaries, email and text support between sessions, educational handouts, lab review and a 10% discount on supplements. It is available only after the Comprehensive Health History Consultation and is non-refundable. The practice does not provide primary care, does not accept health insurance, and says that any medications stay with the client's prescribing physician. A limited number of new functional medicine clients are accepted each month.

Functional medicine focuses on identifying root causes through a full health history, advanced lab testing and a personalized plan, with supplements, nutrition and lifestyle guidance. Facials follow Environ's vitamin A philosophy and an inside-out view of skin health, and are customized to skin type, condition and concerns.
