Booking requires a deposit, which goes toward the cost of the appointment. The deposit can be refunded if you give 72 hours' notice to reschedule. Arriving more than 20 minutes late means the deposit is forfeited. Cancellations or reschedules need 24 to 48 hours' notice by call or text, and a change made with less than 24 hours' notice, or a no-show without a call, is charged the full service price.

Fills are priced by how long since the last set and how many lashes remain. A 2 week fill, a 3 week fill and a 4 week fill each have a range of remaining lashes the client should have, and Mini Fills must be booked seven days after the original appointment. New clients who already have lash work from another artist book a Foreign Fill, which is designed for that situation.

The brow menu includes a brow tint, a simple brow lamination, and a complete brow lamination that combines tinting, full lamination and brow waxing in one visit, taking about an hour and forty minutes.
