Every service starts with an in-depth consultation and personalized brow mapping, so the shape is planned around each client before any work begins. Appointments end with the brows styled. Brow waxing, brow tinting and brow lamination are the core offerings, and brow trimming, tweezing and lip, chin and side waxing are also available.

Walk-ins are accepted, though appointments are recommended. Clients who arrive more than 5 minutes after their booked time may lose their slot to another customer. A 24-hour patch test is needed before a first tint for anyone who has never dyed or tinted hair, brows or lashes, and it can be done in store without an appointment. Clients with allergies to hair dye or perming solutions need a 24-hour patch test before lamination. Self-tanning and spray tanning should be avoided for 24 hours before and after a tint, and no brow lamination should have been done in the 6 weeks before an appointment.

Brow lamination is described as lasting up to 6 weeks. The business also sells a 24-hour brow setter, an invisible gel for shaping and setting brows. The site describes its brow products as bestselling; that is the business's own claim.

Each visit begins with a consultation and a brow map made for the individual client, and the service ends with the brows styled.
