Clients travel in from the New York metropolitan area, from elsewhere in the United States and from abroad, and many new clients come on the recommendation of people who have already worked with the center.

Every client starts with a complimentary, confidential, in-person consultation that includes a microscopic scalp analysis. The assessment combines 3D cranial scanning, microscope camera analysis of the hair and follicles, and Tricotest, a clinical evaluation that pairs microscope imaging with computerized measures of density and scalp condition. The team explains what is possible, and each plan is built from scratch for the individual. Clients are also taught how to care for their system or scalp at home. Most return monthly for adjustments, cleaning and styling. The center operates by appointment only, with hours Tuesday 10am to 5pm, Wednesday 9:30am to 5:30pm, Thursday 10am to 7pm, Friday 9:30am to 5:30pm and Saturday 8:30am to 3:30pm, and it is closed Sunday and Monday.

This center is the sole supplier of the CRLAB CNC 3D-printed hair system in its region. Fitting begins with a consultation and a 3D scan of the scalp, and the resulting digital model serves as the foundation for the design. Strands are chosen one at a time to blend with the client's own hair and are anchored by hand. The base is printed at CRLAB's facility in Italy from a hypoallergenic polymer. According to the salon, this is the most advanced non-surgical hair replacement available, and it says the systems are undetectable. Each finished system is cut and styled on site, then applied, and clients receive guidance on daily care. Monthly maintenance visits, typically about 90 minutes, re-secure the system and clean it.

Beyond the CRLAB system, the center offers UHC Signature Prosthesis pieces hand-crafted by artisans in Milan on a custom membrane, XTS Hair System for men with moderate to severe hair loss, custom and pre-made wigs, daily clip-in and extended-wear adhesive toppers, and the CRLAB CNC XT extension system. Therapy and prevention services include Hair Loss Prevention, Light Therapy, Low-Level Laser Therapy and Scalp Therapy and Detox.

The center's philosophy is to understand the cause of hair loss and then give honest answers, with each plan built around the individual.
