Founder Swek set out to bring precise, expert beauty services to New York City and still owns the business. Visits can be booked as walk-ins or online, and online booking guarantees availability.

Bridal parties are a large part of the offering. Three packages, Silver, Gold and Platinum, combine threading, facials, lash extensions, tinting and waxing over roughly two to four hours. Large groups can be split across both studios or handled at one location, and early morning and late evening slots are available for wedding timelines. Bridal inquiries receive a reply within 24 hours to confirm availability.

Monthly memberships are valid at both studios, are billed monthly with no contracts, and can be cancelled with 7 days notice before the next billing date. Unused sessions do not roll over, and members get access to priority booking for popular times. Gift cards can be used for any service at either studio and do not expire.

The Upper East Side studio is near the 4, 5 and 6 trains at 86th Street and is open Monday to Friday 9am to 8pm, Saturday 10am to 8pm and Sunday 10am to 7pm. The Ridgewood studio is close to the M train, has easy street parking, and is open Monday to Saturday 10am to 8pm and Sunday 10am to 7pm.
